Tesco Expands Sourcing Operations with Eqos
Tesco announced in January 2008 that the Eqos solution is fully supporting its business processes for private label and branded merchandise from product design, through supplier negotiations, and contract. By providing critical path management and a single data repository, the
solution is enabling standardized processes across all Tesco sourcing hubs, comprised of 11 international offices spanning 14 countries across the globe.
Sainsbury's Selects Eqos to Scale Sourcing Operations
On January 2008, J Sainsbury plc selected Eqos 4.0 to support their private label program. Eqos' PLM (product lifecycle management), sourcing and supplier management solution will enable Sainsbury’s to scale its international sourcing operations for private label (or own-label) general merchandise, grocery, and apparel.
