What is a typical implementation timescale?
Eqos' implementation method provides a robust project framework. Typically a project, with a team of between 3 and 8, will go from mobilization to running live in 3-5 months. The Eqos platform lends itself to a phased implementation and our modular approach has proven to be effective for project delivery and risk management.
Will Eqos host the solution?
The solution can be hosted by Eqos under an outsourcing arrangement including system software, the physical hosting of the hardware and appropriate bandwidth over a pre-agreed period. Alternatively, Eqos can host the solution initially with a view to eventual migration to the customer's own hosting environment.
Is there an Eqos Help Desk?
Eqos aims to have every call answered by the Customer Response Centre promptly and personally. Eqos takes pride in its customer service with qualified personnel providing support to ensure customer satisfaction. Eqos provides telephone and email support, technical support, user support and an on-line knowledge base.
Does Eqos provide training?
Eqos provides classroom based training, user guides, "quick start" guides, one-to-one and train-the-trainer sessions, refresher courses, short duration training and courses for larger numbers. Where classroom based training is appropriate Eqos can provide well equipped facilities with Internet access to serve the needs of a distributed user group.
