Once orders are placed, purchasing departments need to maintain control over order revisions - regardless of whether their chosen suppliers are large, small, IT savvy or with minimal access to technology. Order Management helps to identify and drive retailer-supplier communications and negotiations after cutting the purchase order, thus ensuring visible and collaborative negotiation and procurement.  Eqos Order Management manages the inevitable PO amendments and other late changes with suppliers throughout the procurement process.   Because amendments are captured and tracked, downstream trading partners are alerted in advance of potentially important changes.  This module can function as the retailer 'system of record' for a PO, or alternatively, integrate with existing purchasing systems.
