Eqos named as top contributor to UK technology sector

Leading e-Collaboration solutions provider Eqos Ltd. has been short-listed for both the PricewaterhouseCoopers Hottest Prospect Award, and the SBN Innovator of the year at this year's highly respected UK Technologies Awards. Selected by a panel of experts from across the IT supplier, financial and advisory community, winners will be announced at the CSSA awards dinner sponsored by PricewaterhouseCoopers on February 17 in London.
From innovators and developers to industry and users, the UK Technology Awards recognize excellence and the tremendous contribution of UK technology entrepreneurs, organizations and product innovation that are driving this growth industry. John Higgins, Director General at CSSA - and a member of the judging panel commented:

Most recently Sainsbury's, primarily using Eqos software, has won the coveted FT Global Food and Drink award for "the most outstanding use of IT in the Supply Chain".
The Innovator of the Year award is sponsored by Software Business Network (SBN) and is in recognition of innovative application of technology. Eqos has been short listed for this award for their leading edge application, demonstrating evidence of market acceptance and for proving that their technology is globally acceptable and sustainable.
The Hottest Prospect of the Year Award is sponsored by PwC and is now in its second year. Eqos has been short listed for this award for demonstrating significant market potential, a quality management team, achievable growth potential and a significant increase in shareholder value. This Award puts the spotlight on young UK technology and e-commerce companies. This event is where the hottest and brightest UK firms showcase world beating leading edge technology and innovation.
